Having chosen the product(s) you wish to order, you can place your order in three ways.
- Stockists who want to clarify any aspect of the order e.g. price or delivery timescale, can call one of our dedicated internal sales team and they will help you with your query. Please note that it is not our company policy to accept verbal orders over the phone. We must have written confirmation either by email or fax of any order prior to processing and despatch; this is to ensure that your order requirements are interpreted accurately and you receive the correct product, quantity & delivery schedule.
- You can email your order to sales@falcontrunking.co.uk. We will acknowledge the order before processing.
- You can fax your order to 01706 371550. We will acknowledge the order and ask you to confirm that the acknowledgement is OK before processing.
All orders will be despatched either by our own vans, or via our designated nationwide carriers. You can specify the level of the carrier service you require with the associated cost implication.
Please note that small value orders will attract a minimum carriage charge. Our sales staff can give you full details on request prior to placing your order.
Stockists who have not dealt with us before, please contact either one of the internal sales team or one of the sales representatives and they will explain the procedure for doing business with us. Once we have established that your organisation is a bona fide wholesale or distributor we will ask you to fill in and return our trade credit application forms. We will undertake full credit checks before any credit terms can be confirmed.
