A major step forward was taken in our on-going commitment to our ‘Customer Service Improvement  Programme’ during November, which saw us install a  ‘state of the art’ server. This investment has allowed us to utilise electronic mail in many more aspects of handling customer orders, thus reducing our carbon footprint in the usage of stationery paper items. Typically,  where customers have a preference,  and suitable email contact addresses are available,  we are sending Order Acknowledgements, Invoices, Statements and Purchase Orders via email.
