St Helens based IPM were the first wholesaler to place an order for the new APAC System. When MD Ian Fisher misplaced his Falcon telephone number he turned to the website and saw the revised Plumbing Brochure. He immediately focused on the new clip and cover style APAC System, and knew immediately that the system would be of value to both himself and his plumbing contractors. Having had confirmation of the competitive pricing he didn’t hesitate in placing an order. The order coincided with our daily van delivery rota to that location, and the product was on his shelves within 48 hours.
