The Team

Kinburn Bargh Managing Director

Kinburn can genuinely be described very much as a ‘hands on’ MD. Early in his career he experienced all aspects of the business from product design, manufacture through to sales and distribution. He is proud of the fact that Falcon was championing the companies ‘Green’ recycling ethos long before it was fashionable to do so. He continues to oversee the day to day running of the business, and appraise all areas in which the company can improve its professional reputation within the industry.

A keen sports fan with more than a passing interest in local amateur , professional club (Sale Sharks) and international rugby union. In terms of football his passion is for Rochdale AFC.

Paul Denney Logistics/Human Resources Manager

Having spent a great part of his professional career with one of the major utility companies, Paul brings a wealth of experience to his designated roles of overseeing transport, communication, IT, warehousing, sales office, personnel and general administration of the Company. If that wasn’t enough he is the resident Falcon equivalent of Red Adair, and often turns his attention to sorting out those office gremlins.

Paul’s hobbies like his office duties are numerous, but he particularly enjoys amateur dramatics, gardening and golf.

Richard Whitworth Production Manager

Richard has been in the plastics industry since 1985, and built a wealth of experience from fulfilling a series of manual, technical and managerial roles.

Now in his second ‘shift’ with Falcon, having initially returned to the shop floor, he soon took the role of Shift Supervisor and subsequently appointed Production Manager in 2005.

He is currently responsible for the Production, Fabrication & Moulding departments, and all new tooling projects associated within these departments. As with any manufacturing company it is essential that regular maintenance procedures are adhered to. Richard’s role covers this aspect of the business alongside production scheduling/planning, purchasing of virgin raw material, packaging and workshop consumables.

Richard’s main hobby is snowboarding, and all other ‘extreme sports’.

Paul Cunnew Technical Manager

Paul has been in the plastics industry for 30 years, the last 11 with Falcon. His career progression has seen him involved in many aspects covering Production, Technical, Product Design and Quality Control.

He heads up the day to day QC of the Falcon product range, and is constantly looking as innovative ways of improving the existing range and developing new lines. Happy to deal with any aspect of customer’s technical problems, and the occasional in-house IT hiccup.

Paul likes to go walking, D.I.Y and one day hope to design and build his own house. To help him in this ambitious project he is currently sitting his electrician’s exams.

Peter Redkwa Sales Representative

Peter is the latest recruit to the Falcon Sales team joining us in April 2011. Whilst new to the plumbing and electrical industry, Peter is from a successful sales and customer service orientated background, which will allow him to develop initially into the role of Plumbing Sales Representative. His responsibilities also include the marketing of all aspects of the Falcon Trunking brand, and maintain its current high standing within the market sectors that we operate in.

A keen golfer and ardent fan of Bury FC makes for keen banter between himself and Kinburn.
